Service Description

Each visit is customized to your needs, whether you want hands-on preparation, emotional reassurance, or simply a listening ear. During our time together, we will: -Talk through your birth plan, preferences, and any questions you have -Practice comfort measures, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises -Discuss labor positions, coping strategies, and partner support tips -Explore nutrition, wellness, and stress management for the final weeks of pregnancy -Offer emotional support and help you feel empowered and heard -Go over signs of labor and when to call your provider or doula
