We are seeking a licensed, compassionate, and collaborative Midwife to join our integrative care team. This role involves providing clinical birth services, mentoring aspiring doulas and nannies in training, and contributing to a culture of inclusive, client-centered care. Job Title: Certified Midwife (CNM, CPM, or CM) Location: Hybrid – On-call for local births & virtual or in-person teaching sessions Position Type: Full-Time/ Part-Time / Contract Key Responsibilities: - Attend client births in home or birth center settings as lead provider - Offer prenatal and postpartum care in coordination with doulas and support teams - Serve as an assistant instructor and clinical mentor for doula and nanny trainees - Facilitate educational sessions on anatomy, stages of labor, emergency procedures, and holistic care practices - Provide supervision, feedback, and professional development guidance to trainees - Promote evidence-based, trauma-informed, and inclusive care - Collaborate with doulas to ensure continuity of care and client satisfaction - Participate in community events, parent education, and wellness initiatives as needed Required Qualifications: - Current licensure as CNM or CPM, in good standing - Experience in both clinical midwifery and holistic/perinatal health practices - Strong communication and teaching skills, with a passion for mentorship - Experience working in diverse communities and with a wide range of birth experiences, especially high-risk or medically complex births including birthing people with mental and physical disabilities - CPR and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification - Familiarity with full-spectrum birth work and collaborative care models Ideal Candidates Will Be: - Patient and passionate educators - Supportive of diverse birthing bodies and family structures - Committed to equity in birth and caregiver education - Comfortable working in both structured and non-traditional teaching environments - Curious, grounded, and values-driven To Apply: Please submit your resume, license verification, a brief statement of teaching philosophy, and availability for birth on-call rotations.
