How to Hire a Nanny

1

Complete Nanny Consultation

Ready to find the right support for your family? Booking a nanny consultation is the first step!

During this personalized session, we’ll discuss your family's needs, schedule, childcare preferences, and any specific qualities you're looking for in a nanny. This is also your opportunity to ask questions and learn how our placement or training services work.

Consultations are conducted virtually or in person and typically last 30–45 minutes. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation with details and a brief questionnaire to help us prepare for your session.

2

Interview Available Candidates

After your consultation, you're now ready to meet potential nanny candidates!

During the interview phase, we’ll provide contact info for selected candidates based on your family’s needs and preferences. Once you decide on which candidates you'd like to interview, you will provide potential times for interviews. You'll have the chance to ask questions, observe interactions, discuss pay rates, and explore compatibility.

Once your interviews are complete, we’ll support you through the decision-making and hiring process!

3

Schedule a Meet and Greet

Once you've selected your top nanny candidates, the in-person meet and greet is your chance to see how they interact with your child and fit into your family’s dynamic.

Think of these meetings as a working interview. The nanny will also observe your routines, ask questions about specific care needs, and gather information to help them provide exceptional care to your child/ren.

If things go well. We’ll help coordinate scheduling and provide guidance to make the experience smooth and productive.
